Manager Fees

How Manager Fees Work
Managers set their own performance fee (typically 10-20% of profits)
Performance fees are deducted from gains, not principal
Probity Fund may receive a small platform share of manager performance fees in exchange for infrastructure, risk controls, and reporting
You are never double-charged — platform fees and manager fees are separate

Common Questions
How is the platform fee calculated?
The 0.75% annual fee is calculated daily on your allocated capital and charged monthly. If you allocate $50,000 on the 15th of the month, you pay for half a month of allocation.
What if I reallocate between managers?
Reallocation does not incur additional fees. The platform fee applies to your total allocated capital, regardless of which managers hold it.
Do I pay fees on losses?
The platform fee applies to allocated capital. If your allocation decreases due to losses, your fee decreases proportionally. Manager performance fees only apply to gains.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All fees are disclosed here and on individual manager profiles. There are no transaction costs, spread markups, or backend fees.
